Refunds and Replacements

When Can I Get a Refund or Replacement?

Because our products are perishable, refunds or replacements are usually only available if your order is:

Damaged on Arrival

In the rare case that your item is damaged in transit, please send us a description of the damage and we'll get a replacement out to you right away.

Lost in Transit or Delayed

If your order hasn’t arrived within the stated time frame, let us know and we'll look into it as soon as possible. We'll send you a replacement once the courier considers it lost.* You're also free to cancel your order at any time until we send you a confirmation that it's on its way.

*We use third-party delivery services to get your order to you, so their terms and conditions apply. While we do our best to get things there fast, we can't guarantee exact delivery times or service levels.

Will I Need to Pay a Redelivery Fee?

Redelivery is free in most cases. You won't be charged unless:

  • You accidentally gave us the wrong address or left out important details
  • Your order couldn’t be delivered for reasons beyond our control

In these situations, we might charge a fee to cover the cost of redelivery, plus a small administration fee (around 20%).

To avoid any charges, make sure to double-check your delivery info before placing your order and have someone available to accept the package when it arrives.
